vintage 80s top/blouse. by german heritage brand horst basler, fabulous quality. appears to be lightweight cotton or viscose. black with saturated /turquoise/red/green /yellow appliqué. interesting cutout detail on cap sleeve. boxy straight fit. fastens at back of neck with 2 gilt buttons. could potentially be styled back to front. easy little elevated cotton top to wear with jeans and heeled sandals/sneakers under an oversized blazer.
